You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. All activities that occur under your account are your responsibility. Keep your contact information up to date at all times. Ensure your account has sufficient funds for services. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access to your account. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account.

Use our services for legitimate business and personal purposes only. Comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Respect the rights and privacy of others. Maintain network security and integrity. Use our services for their intended purposes. Access systems only through authorized means. Do not engage in any form of network abuse or attacks. Do not use our services for illegal activities or content.

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for all services. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible. We are not responsible for any losses incurred during maintenance periods. Service credits may be provided for extended outages. Uptime guarantees apply only to network and power infrastructure. Software issues or customer configuration problems are not covered.

All services are billed in advance on a recurring basis. Payment is due upon receipt of invoice. Failed payments may result in service suspension. We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice. All fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Late payments may incur additional fees. We accept major credit cards and PayPal.

We may suspend or terminate your services for: non-payment of fees after grace period; violation of these terms or acceptable use policy; security concerns or suspicious activity; network abuse or DDoS attacks originating from your services; illegal activities or content hosted on our services; excessive resource usage that affects other customers; failure to respond to support requests within reasonable time.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups. While we may provide backup services, we do not guarantee availability. We recommend maintaining multiple backup copies. We are not responsible for data loss under any circumstances. Backup services are provided as a courtesy and may be limited. Test your backups regularly to ensure they are working properly.

Our services, software, and content remain our property. You retain ownership of your content and data. You grant us license to host and serve your content. Do not use our trademarks or branding without permission. Respect intellectual property rights of others. Report any copyright violations to our support team.

We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the service in the past 12 months. We are not responsible for lost profits, data, or business opportunities. Force majeure events are excluded from liability. Some jurisdictions do not allow liability limitations, so these may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify us against any claims arising from your use of our services. This includes claims from third parties affected by your actions. You are responsible for any legal costs we incur due to your violations. This indemnification survives termination of these terms.

You may cancel your services at any time through your client area. We may terminate services for violations of these terms. Upon termination, all data will be permanently deleted. No refunds will be provided for early termination. Export your data before cancellation as it cannot be recovered.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance. Material changes will be notified via email or website notice. Review these terms regularly to stay informed of updates. Your continued use indicates acceptance of modified terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes will be resolved in UK courts. We may use alternative dispute resolution methods. Severability: If any provision is invalid, the remainder remains in effect.
